Sneer all you want but the problem I notice is that black men see it as apart of their identity to try to chat up any woman every women under any circumstance. It's a lack of discipline. If you're at a point in your life when it's not possible or reasonable to brush your teeth and wear clean clothes then you should have enough self respect to abstain and get your life together.
