I'm in Atlanta so I won't even talk about the fukked up customer service that I have received from gay men at department stores and restaurants. I was at Saks and this gay black man started going over the return policy while handing me my receipt... He didn't do that to the patron before me, so I immediately asked to speak to his manager and I went ahead and called corporate for him.I came in ready to answer, crazily assuming that the thread would actually be related to the title. I don't care about their day, I'm the damned customer. Their job is to provide good customer service, now if that's a problem stay home. I work in customer service myself and I NEVER take my bad day out on the client.
