Just came back from the gym and there was this Latina/white joint doing squats in front of where I was benching

Got me thinking if girls be checking nikkas out the same way we do to them when they come in with their yoga stretch pants and shyt

So ladies, what's the word? Y'all check dudes out too or is it strictly working out?

I've gotten like 5 or 6 # from the gym. I try not to look but if they're over there flexing and I give it a peep and keep it moving. All I do is the treadmill, elliptical, some arm and leg lifts. My shyt is literally in and out so I never check anyone out unless they're doing something outrageous in the gym, acting a fool in the weight room

Yep sounds about right as far as the limited excercising going on. Me and my friend were just saying most chicks (esp black ones ime) come in there do this shyt and wonder why they haven't saw no change in their body. Thanks for the confirmation lol.

Not really. If I see an attractive dude I'm like "He's nice looking", then go on about my workout.

I try to be in and out, so I put on my music and zone out. I don't pay a whole lot of attention to the people in there.

Well the thing is I used to be a gym fiend soo I worked out at Lifetime Fitness for about a year and my first trainer gave me his number Then I went over to Lifestyles fitness cuz lifetime was like 65 for a membership. Then the guy signing me then there are silly ones who choose the machine right next to you and become comedians lol this guy had my he was talking shyt about me the whole time... nikka had jokes There was one that I met at a parking lot. I guess guys like girls when they look horrible and exhausted. its easier when you have a girlfriend working out with you. Lol

@philmonroe never judge kid, you don't know me nor do you know how "black women's" body is... Everyone has different body type and it goes to show how your peanut brain functions. You have no idea how long I'm there and you have never seen me complain about my results. Don't just jump in talking shyt, u gotta know what you're talking about first... Test the water first.
