The debate is out on whether squats increase testosterone and growth hormone. I do squats and leg presses and play ball. This does wonders for the legs. Finally I can see veins in my thighs to pelvic area 


I have very muscluar thighs and a relatively small waist. I actually look kidna awkward when I wear fitted jeans. If I hit squats that day you can see a slight ()() shape thru my jeans. Doesnt really bother me, per se, but I do feel a little strange with the fact that people can see my curves![]()
