I really don't understand how we are in a recession with a title called the great recession.
yet, everyone wants to act like they are killin like it is 1998.

I hear people say this all the time. The recession doesn't have a massive impact on your income unless you either lost your job, or run a market-sensitive business that is only profitable in good economic years. the Average Joe who's income isn't based off of commission, or product sold isn't taking many Ls in a recession, if any at all.

If he has a job, is college educated, and 30, he should have his own place :what:
Why would a man in his thirties want to live with another man?
This isn't the Big Bang Theory the vast, vast majority of men in their thirties are PhD educated researchers, who are pioneering in their fields while being underpaid, nor are they college professors. The only other thing I can think of is a freshly minted neurosurgeon or radiologist, who would only make 45k a year and have a massive number of loans along with incredibly long hours, to the point they would spend almost no time at home, and it would be wasteful to have their own apartment. But the moment they graduate they're touching 450k+ a year and that roomate agreement would be cut quote short.
Why would a woman (who may eventually want to move in with her boyfriend) want to share the house with another grown man outside of her boyfriend?

If he's a normal Bachelors degree - office job kind of guy, he should have saved up at least enough money to have his own apartment. :comeon:
Why are Coli brehs trying to push these low standards :mjlol:

i live at home are my standards low...........

Precisely...this is about his "roommate"

He told me he has been having thoughts of dikking down another man and wants to hit up a Gay nightclub to see if his feelings are real. He doesn't want to go alone because he fears someone putting something in his drink and getting raped by a bunch of dudes. He wants me to come so he isn't as scared. Should I go to support him with his quest or call the police on him and report him for conspiracy to commit Sodomy?

providers, don't exist anymore.
marriage is a fifty/fifty corporate split.
this is why you are a golddiger.
all because you still lean inherently upon old outdated shyt that is not reflective in law, or nature.

almost 30
college educated
5 figure breh

but i live in a million dollar house :sas1:
That's different (depending on your location) from sharing an apartment or a two-room condo with your drinking/college buddies.
If you have wealthy parents, or an inherited house, and are living in a 7+ bedroom house, 2 or 3 floors, then "privacy" is less of a concern, as is the common sense to why you are living there.
Could you live with your girl there? :sas2:

You're an exception to the rule then, for sure. Its nothing like anyone else ITT described. The place sounds nice.
I have to ask, what do your parents do for a living?
