that pretty much explains strength training.... the pdf file really was a good read and went into how these companies have fooled people with nonsense about "tricking your muscles" by doing 1000 different excercises

I still need to practice it because I got the weights the problem is that I just need more source of income in order to get enough food so its basically pointless right now for me

Yea I followed Mehdi's SL program last year on a bulk.....currently doing a a hybrid 5X5 program (google Madcow 5X5) looking to grow and increase overall strength via these full body compound exercise routines to aid my football (soccer for the US heads) & further get that staunch lower body development on point for the winter season!

Was about to post the same thing breh. Women love tricep cuts. When I was new to lifting, I was one of those curl junkies that always wondered why my arms weren't growing. Once I started hitting my tris twice a week, my arms really took off.

I hit them once a week.. might have to lighten the load to get another day in.

For proper arm & back development it's all about them Weighted Pull Ups & Chin ups & Dips ( for monster Tricep work) with a 45lb plate dangling between your legs as you use your brute arm strength to hoist yourself up (or up for dips) for multiple reps.....have all heads around you mirin like a muffuka
