A lot of men may think they have they shyt together just because he has money. You may need to give examples to what you are trying to say.

-comes from a family with both parents still together
-has a job and can hold it
-good manners and respectful
-is financially savvy(you might make lots of money but how much are you saving?)
-is ambitous
many women say educated but there are many succesful men without higher learning.

It will always come back to the man. Women have no responsibilities. "I want a man with money and a nice car". bytch, how bout you get you some money and a nice car so we both can have it. "My man has to be 6ft tall etc.... bytch, my woman has to have no gut, no makeup etc.

ability to hold a job/move up in their company or field of work/good credit. thats success.
these are all the things i have to offer and i want the same from a man or better. there's also potential. some men may not be where i am right now but i know he has the ambition and drive and that's an admirable trait. basically a hardworker.

At this point in my life
- some sort of financial security and mobility as well as an understanding of saving/investing (gotta have career/financial prospects/goals/achievements/aspirations)
- solid understanding of who they are, they aren't still trying to figure out the basics, we're all always learning things about ourselves, but at a certain point you have to understand and be happy withwho you are at your core
- sense of social, civil, communal, or political responsibility (volunteers time or money to support causes he believes in, shows concern for others, knowledge of US and/or world issues)
- man of his word, and gentleman, and respectful of commitments i.e. respects the woman he's with, not still trying to be a player when he's supposed to be in a relationship, honest, treats his woman like a lady
- no drama - no DUI's, arrests, drug issues, baby mama drama (prefer no kids but of he has a kid, there can be no drama with the mom or a messy BM who's trying to sabotage the new relationship)
- college degree (yes, this is a requirement for me...unless he's diddy lol)
- has an idea what he wants from life and is working toward it (could be better health, marriage, home ownership, starting a business, seeing 100 countries, etc)
