People get complimented for their full lips all the time. You ever hear someone get complimented for having dry, lizard lips?
It really depends whether it goes with your mouth really. Look at Jay Z for example. He has huge lips but his mouth sticks out like a camel. Now if he had like a Chris Paul or Kobe Bryant mouth shape and add in his lips, it would have been okay. Now the person who has it worse is Tracy Morgan. Ugly mouth and ugly lips, especially when you look at him from the side.
