Ladies of the Coli: Is this a normal crush or am I being stalked?

I started getting random messages from this broad on facebook a couple of weeks ago, always in the middle of the night.
The first one read "did you go to (club i'm often at) again? I would have loved to see you".
My reaction was who the fukk is this and how did she get my facebook (i have an alias and can't be found on google). When I didn't reply, she wrote me about all the places we both been to (basically every public spot I go to), and how every time she goes out she is looking forward to seeing me ?
I never replyed. So on new years eve, she approached me at a party
Her: "Hi, I wrote you a couple of embarrasing messages "
Me: (drunk as hell) " that was you? yeah you did how did you get my facebook and who are you."
Her: "yeah, uhm, as I told you, we often go to the same places and..."
Me: ""
Her: " Well I just wanted to wish you a happy new year."
Me: "happy new year."

So, is this normal female behavior when you're .
Is it normal for women older than 16 to have crushes on guys they never spoke to (this one must be at least 25)
Was I being an a$$hole?
Am I being paranoid because a friend of mine just got sent to jail after the crazy bytch that was stalking him went to the police, accused him of rape and had them raid his house for drugs?
Did I dodge a bullet

Or will I have to worry about smashed in windows and police raids from here on out?

I honestly don't know what she looks like . She has one of those annoying facebook pics where she's too small to see and I was too drunk to remember. I probably wouldn't remember talking to her if a friend of mine didn't tell me that I crushed her soul.

Anyways, how did she find my facebook, and how does she always know where I go?

I figured she might be shy but her approach was super fukking weird. It would have been better for her to just to approach you at one of these spots. I know I probably don't have to tell you this, but do not date this chick. This is the type of woman that will cause you a world of hurt (ex. check your phone, show up to your house unannounced, hack your email/facebook, and so on). Don't even try to find out if she is cute because some of you guys can't control your penis. Oh yeah, yes, she is stalking you.

I don't think that will encourage further stalking. You should ask her those questions, then tell her to leave you alone. That should solve this problem.
