Out of my 7 girl cousins only 1 cooks. After my granny passed its me that calls my one aunt that knows the recipes. This shyt is scary. When I was in GA with the wife we took a day to go down to St. Simon islands to get her 88 y/o aunt red rice recipe. Besides macaroni and cheese and that, it’s all my wife knows from the old recipes. Time is of the essense breh. The real cooks are leaving us. This shyt is real.
