I think some of y'all in this thread are seeing what you want to see, and missing that some of us said yes.
I feel like some of y'all have an agenda, and if you even see half of the women saying no (for whatever reason they have), y'all want to put it as "all" or "most"
And no not ALL of us want "tupac in a suit". Some of us are not interested in thugs/bums/losers etc.
it's like a refusal to distinguish based on character...
it's the same as the notion of white supremacy
linking certain characteristics to a group of people without a care in the world...
that's why i said a lot of black men encourage white supremacy without even realizing it...
and what i also find funny is the linking of promiscuous behavior to religious black women
this society encourages conditional love(love based on superficiality) everyday...
so how in the world can it be a problem that only religious black women deal with
i'm a religious/spiritual black woman...and i am in no way a promiscuous woman
in fact...the bible encourages men and women to wait until marriage to engage in intercourse...
there's an implication... friendship...marriage ...then intimacy...
it's like a need to associate any and every negative thing with GOD in order to justify this odd and disturbing world we live in
oh yea....the notion white supremacy is based on superficiality....
and who does the bible say is the god of this world...a fallen angel who was fixated on his beauty(the bringer of light)
