Ladies, would you accept a marriage proposal without a ring?

That hypothetical situation would never occur and being rich doesn't make you marriageable.

How can you say that would never happen? Do you know how every millionaire that ever existed and will exist thinks? Being rich doesn't make you marriageable, you're right. Answer the question.

If I were into getting married, it wouldn't bother me if there is no ring. I was about to say a tattoo, but marriage isn't permanent like that.

I love rings in general (I wear multiple everyday that have been gifted to me by my parents) but an engagement ring, nah I don't need one. It wouldn't mean anything to me. Plus, I'm not a big fan of gems/diamonds.

To the women who said no what if said potential husband was a millionaire but simply didn't believe in rings. Would you still say no?

Yes. If he were a potential husband, he'd know that I love rings and he would have already bought me a ring as a present some time before.

If he insists on spending money on me to show his devotion, buy me an engagement house where I can go and blow off some steam when we fight. Like Helena Bonham Carter & Tim Burton.

I ain't got no motherfukkin friends. :pachaha:

If you'd quit your Roman Reigns slander, maybe you'd have one.

Is it weird that I've always wanted the most basic proposal though? I dream that my proposal would be me and my bf of five years watching Grand Budapest Hotel for the 2000th time eating Chinese food and he just turns to me and say "Aye you wanna get married?"

Because maybe you don't believe in overpriced symbolic jewelry

:manny: I feel ya, but...

Those people usually don't believe in the symbolism of the wedding either. So that's why I don't see the point in proposing if you don't believe in the tradition.

They should just go straight to the Justice of the Peace not that anything is wrong with that.
