A 36-year-old man hurled the trolley at the woman, 45, at the Atacadao Dia Dia supermarket in Santo Antonio do Descoberto on the morning of February 16.

This is the shocking moment a man throws a shopping trolley at another customer, leaving her unconscious after they argued in the queue at a Brazil store.

A 36-year-old man hurled the trolley at the woman, 45, at the Atacadao Dia Dia supermarket in Santo Antonio do Descoberto on the morning of February 16.

The two customers been standing in the queue together before they started arguing, according to local news.

The attacker said 'what I did was to serve as a lesson,' and claimed the woman said he was gay and bullied him, g1 reported.

CCTV footage shows the man determinedly pull his shopping trolley towards him as the woman stands next to her own shopping.

She moves forwards, unaware, to the next aisle.

But the man proceeds to lift the orange trolley high above his head, letting it come crashing down on the woman with an almighty smack.

She tumbles backwards from the impact and falls to the ground, almost hitting another customer and knocking over boxes as she does so.

Several items fall to the ground as other shoppers sprint over to offer their assistance.

The woman can be seen moving about on the ground as the clip draws to a close.

Police said the woman and the attacker were not known to each other previously.

They recorded the case as minor bodily injury and the man was released. The woman received medical assistance and was also discharged.

Atacadao Dia Dia said it offered support to the victim and does not condone any form of violence.

Brazil is HYON capital one thing about outside of America is they don't give nan fukk about treating women equal when it comes to doling out violence.
