Dudes writing paragraphs over one game in a series they will probably end up winning
OK, im just waiting to see the onslaught of "Lechoke" and "King of turnovers", but im really sick and tired of narrow-minded fans overvaluing this bullshyt concept of "clutch" for a while now. Regardless of his performance in the final minute, lebron put up 36-8-3 on 14/20 shooting. An impressive performance. Did he do his part? yes. Could he have done more in the final minute? also yes. but the way i see it, his teammates cough heat bench cough should have contributed a little bit more and hence the heat should have been in a position where even with his turnovers they woulda gotten the W. If lebron gave away turnovers in the first minute of the game instead of the last minute, he would cop infinitely less criticism. but at the end of the day, the net effect on the scoreboard would have been the same. I know many of you probable know this already, but im just sick of narrow minded dikks valuing clutch in line with all round game performance. Robert horry was clutch, will that get him into the HOF? nope. By the way i did want the pacers to win and a lot of credit should go to david west rather than criticising lebron, i just hate seeing criticism where it is unwarranted.
