Dirty b*stard AND the backwoods b*stard is dayum good too

Founders starting to roll out the Breakfast Stout too for the holiday season. :noah: :whew: :whoo:

But the best Stout out there?

:salute:

IPA's for summer, stouts for winter. I had KBS two years ago. My spot didn't even shelve it. They kept it in the back for the enthusiasts. One bottle per customer at $8. I poured it into a glass and it looked like oil :damn:. It was good but I prefer Breakfast Stout. Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout is great too at 10% alcohol.

I like the Goose Island Bourbon County Stout almost as much as I like the KBS. What's crazy is that I didn't know how great it was because it was priced at a decent amount but after having two of them....I had to buy that shyt as stocking stuffers for my peeps. They loved it.

Ruination is good but my fav from Stone (who's to me the best brewery in the US) is that damn Enjoy By series. Shyt is pure heaven. The best IPA's i've had is from that Enjoy By series. They even have Enjoy AFTER now :noah:

There's some good choices in here if you're new to craft beer. Once you get started you'll never go back to that piss water most are used to drinking. We have a few craft beer shops I hit up all the time. Lagunitas makes a beer for 4/20 that taste like weed. Only available in the bay area though during April. The stone enjoy by is a solid ipa as well. I am about half way done with the scotish ale I just brewed. Scotish ales are always good. Sours are my favorites but are usually expensive. Had one last week by sudwerks. Only twenty gallons were brewed. Now I need a beer.

I've ignored the Goose Island for ages. I'll get one this weekend. The one Enjoy By I had was good but I prefer Ruination, especially the anniversary edition.

Sierra Nevada has some nice beers too.
