Lakers fans need to calm down, the roster is young and doesn't mesh.

Step 1. Fire Byron Scott, he is a terrible coach with no system. I have no doubt that if he wasn't a former Laker, he would have been fired by now.
Step 2: Trade Lou Williams/Nick Young. Lou Williams has been terrible, even Nick Young is playing better. There is just no reason to have either of them on the team.
Step 3: Let young guys develop, they are not going to compete right away..we will be bad for 2-3 years. We have to let them get better.
Step 4: Go after guys that we can get and not big time free agents, for the last 2 year we have been going after the top names who have no reason to sign with this team. We could have got bunch of other solid pieces.
Step 5: Sell Kobe and some other group the team. The Buss family is messed up, everyone is beefing with everyone and it's a clown show, not only do they embarrass themselves privately but every week they give some shytty interview embarrassing themselves even more.
Step 6: Release Ryan Kelly, because fukk Ryan Kelly
