Im not sure why yall are acting like this is far fetched...if you look at the #1's from the last two years (wiggins and towns)..both have the tools/ceilings to be just as good as PG13.
Because this year's draft is the weakest draft since 2011 or 2013. PG was 23 when he lead the Pacers against Bron and em in the ECF and took them to 7 games. None of these nikkas projected to go top 3, Ingram, Simmons, Dunn/Murray/Hield will do that I promise you.

PG was drafted at 10, nobody thought he would be this good either, he didnt break out until his 3rd season. Same can be said for Giannis, Kawhi, etc. By this logic people would have scoffed at trading Paul George for Minny's #1 last year, but it woulf probably turn out smwt even

Im not even on that argument. They wont trade him but it they were too a top 2 pick and another asset isnt some far fetched idea. People acting like a top 2 pick isnt valuable when thats where most stars are selected

You seriously think you're getting a super star player for these 3?
With a pick, easily. Rather you want to admit it or not those are assets. D-Lo value is pretty high according to bill. Pg's with size, shooting ability, and a high basketball IQ, and vision dont grow on trees.

Thy would because the Pacers already have their franchise cornerstone. Why would they give him up for a player based on their potential when they already have a proven superstar?

Paul George is 26 and the Pacers best player.

They aren't trading him for any of the Lakers young players and the Lakers can't afford to trade any more picks.

Also, Paul George is signed through the 2019 season. He re-signed for $90M over 5 years in 2014.
