It's crazy how much balance and a sense of competitive nature there was in the league under the Kobe administration :ehh:

If things weren't going well, u toughed out as a team, not have a temper tantrum and ship everyone out... and I'm not talking about any one specific...

The CBA is different now since 2011.

You could be way over the luxury tax and not be as penalized as you are now.

superstars didnt really have the ability to force the issue and stack teams repeatedly back then. KG, Kobe, Dirk, etc...all had to stick with what they had for the most part. You kinda see it happening with AD now.

Not really a good example considering AD got a player thats arguably better than him on his team when healthy.
