Lakers had a team meeting last season too and still were losing games they should have won.

Gawd Damn you on point with that. He absolutely respects people who down completely bow down to him. That's why Matt Barnes was on the squad and he wanted Raja Bell here too. And like you said that's why him and Ron get along so well.

I actually look at that as Bean saying he might be wrong in the way he handles things with Dwight and he was willing to work on it.
