You do realize the Big 3 all opted out of their contracts in 2010? And for Bron and Bosh, not only did they leave max max money by switching teams, they didn't even get "sign with a new team" max. Wade also took a pay cut. These nikkas are still making $15 million+ which isn't pennies, and they understand chips = endorsement deals so they'll make up that extra $5 million or so and then some.

Breh, they just did this shyt. Why is it so hard to fathom them doing it again?

you do realize that in 2010 were all around 25, ringless (except whistle), and going into a situation where they'd basically be getting another max deal (less years tho).

in 2014, they will all be 30+, bosh and wade will be :flabbynsick: and of the big three, only :gladbron: is guarunteed to see another max deal. bosh and wade would be dumb as hell to potentially throw $40M in guarunteed money in the :trash: at this stage in their careers.

What do you mean "basically another max deal"? They all could have gotten more money from the Heat in 2010 but took less to sign other players.

In other words, they didn't sign deals like Dwight just signed where he got "new team" max money and left the 5th year and $30 million guaranteed on the table. Imagine Howard leaving money on the table in LA and then leaving more money on the table in Houston. That's what these guys did.

None of them have any type of max deal right now.

Bron and Wade will sign for less, that's almost guaranteed. As I previously mentioned, both of them know more titles = more endorsement money.

Bosh is the only wild card. He'll either take less to stay with the champs or take more and give up on parades. But he's already shown a willingness to take less. These guys are already rich beyond their wildest dreams. That goal has already been accomplished. They've already shown they value winning chips over max deals. I'm basing my posts off history.

Sigh. Aren't you Bulls fans the delusional ones who thought Bron and Wade were going to the Chi?

The only thinking I'm doing is based on what has already transpired and is currently transpiring.

No state tax and the notoriety from the success of playing together makes up for salary discounts they take

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
There's a chance that Wade and Bosh and even Bron could be humble enough to see the writing on the wall a bit with what the future will hold, and opting out for one last contract (and a paycut) to add a bigtime player or two could be worth sacrificing some money.

I understand Bosh and Wade won't get that much money if they opted out, but you'd have to hope (as a heat fan) that they are self aware enough to see what's best for the team.

in 2014 bron & bosh will be 29 and wade will be 32 know wtf you're talkin about first ..... #2 yes they're gonna take pay cuts again but only one who deserves the max is Bron Bosh is over paid he will take a pay cut shyt we might even go after melo too because they want to play together (and Bron's not the one that's gonna have to switch teams) nikkas acting like we don't have money to play with too next summer the thing is yall praying it doesnt happen :laff:

boshtitute will be 30 in summer 2014 first off. d- will be 32 like you said. lebron will be 29.

and those two cats are NOT taking major paycuts. and you're nuts if you think or expect they are gonna opt out. that's not even a sound business decision on their parts. and just cuz someone doesn't DESERVE the max doesn't mean they are wrong for taking it. That'd be like being mad at Gilbert cuz he's still on the wizards payroll making $22M a season. The NBA is not about deserve, its about what you can get. and since bosh and wade already got those deals guarunteed, why shouldn't they see them thru when it's likely they'd take a paycut if they were to opt out?

ya'll better worry about lebron leaving wade and bosh high and dry next summer :russ:
