Someone on ESPN made a great point. He needs to go somewhere where the coach believes in him 100%. He has to be developed, gain weight, become a better passer etc and that's not gonna be a 1 year process. The worst thing that could happen would be going somewhere like the Browns for instance, where the coach will be gone after 1 more season. New regime will come in and want their own (white) guy.
