Lamar Jackson is just Christian Ponder with twists.

Please. Missed two throws for TDs before the final play. :unimpressed:
Then he made the final throw to Likely on the final play. If Likely keeps the tip of his shoe in then you don't post this and pretend like he didn't come through on the final play. Just say you don't like him. It makes more sense.

Likely made an incredible play on the ball, to even make this a discussion about how close it was. That’s not some standard catch lol, he deserves some credit not to be used as some gotcha for how close Lamar was

It was an incredible throw not an incredible catch attempt. He threw it directly to him while actively trying to maneuver in a way to help out the fact his OC called a play where his RB was blocking one of the top 5 defenders in the league. He literally said he was moving to try to help out the RB blocking. All Likely had to do was jump slightly and come down. He was completely stationary at the back of the end zone. That should have been a catch.

I'm not even bringing up him driving 80 yards to get them there when they knew he had to pass. It's literally easier for y'all to say you don't fukk with him. Bengal fans are the only ones straight up about it.

Lamar had plenty of chances to win the game yesterday and he didn't make it happen. Is it fully on him, absolutely not. The Ravens have done a terrible job of putting talent around him(Henry was not the answer) and no one will convince me otherwise. That said, if he makes the comeback and wins the game, all we would be talking about is how great he was at the end of the game so it's only fair we talk about how bad he was at the end of the game :yeshrug:

Yet we’re the ones who aren’t being objective. Impressive level of trivialization

He wasn't bad though. Objectively, he wasn't bad.

He ran for over a 100 yards. He threw for 270. He drove 80 yards with no timeouts, against an amazing pass defense, on the road, who KNEW he had to throw the ball, and you think he played bad?? You're a Raven fan who is skipping past all of these facts, and ignoring that he basically almost pulled it off, but because Likely couldn't do an up and down catch you're saying played badly which is NUTS.

You're giving him heat, not because he actually played bad, because he's didn't, but because one of his teammates didn't execute. He's the only QB in the league that would get this kinda heat in this way even from his own fans. He is one of two QBs who could actually do what he did yesterday and it's not enough for y'all is crazy. I'm a 49er fan so it's not like I have actual skin in the game.

Go look at it again. You clearly have time. It was an up and down catch. This wasn't Santonio Holmes in the Super Bowl. He was stationary at the back of the end zone and had to high point a not very high ball.

Just say you don't like him. It's easier for you than to do all these gymnastics. Watch the Bengal fans and follow their example. I can at least respect them for it.

Throwing shade on the man that put them back in the game by making a backyard scramble catch and making the whole secondary miss to get a tub :mjlol:

Same guy that jumped about 5 feet in the air and almost broke his arm because Lamar can't throw a gimme to the corner :mjlol:

Josh Allen wouldn’t be getting these benefit of a doubts by some posters on this site.

Lamar will get the benefit of a doubt compared to Allen and we saw that last season in the playoffs.
AFC title game exposed this. He will always get a pass because of what Irsay said about him coming out. Dak, Hurts and others wouldn’t get a pass for missing those throws.
