Lamar was not good, but Burrow was terrible as well. Burrow is the most overrated QB since 2000. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a QB given more passes than Burrow. What is he elite at besides missing time?

I think it was shannon sharpe that said he has never seen a qb get more mileage out of losing a game than Burrow has for losing the Superbowl

They both have the same issue of being oft-injured. Lamar had two consecutive healthy seasons in 2023 and 2024 and was the best player in the NFL. This year, before getting hirt in Wk 4 or 5, he was again playing at a level of best player alive.
But, this is the third time he's dealt with injuries altering his season. It's a problem. If he isn't playing, obviously your team sucks, and if he's playing compromised the way he is this season, your team still sucks---->they just suck less. He's playing at like 50%.
Joe Burrow has played 3 full seasons in his career. The first two full seasons, Bengals go to the Super Bowl, then the AFC Championship. Last year, they miss the playoffs but he was a Top 4 QB.
This year he gets hurt and misses half the season, but when he plays, they are 3-0, and the worst defense in the NFL looks significantly better. He's the definition of a floor raiser. When he doesn't play, they fukking suck.
If he's healthy, they have a real shot.
I think the Bengals are running the table and winning this division. And if they get in The Tournament on a hot streak, this AFC is anybody's for the taking.
As far as who is better, Lamar's highs have been higher, but Burrow's highs have not been low. He's an outstanding football player. I'm a fan of both and it sucks that both of them have durability and availability issues.

Nobody gives a fukk about winning the division or just getting to a SB.
In terms of legacy, Lamar needs to win a SB.
