anything they run in cfb they can run in the pros
it doesn't work because they don't want it to work

Hard to know which way they are thinking. For me their are two ways to look at this:
He is such an athletic talent that they want to find ways to use him WHILE STILL GROOMING HIM TO BE THE FUTURE STARTER...and many high round white QB's don't have the same athletic abilities as Jackson.
OR
They didnt really want him at QB ever, regardless of what they said.
Unless you want him not to be your franchise qbWho has their future franchise QB in line to get hurt playing a position he’s never played before. That makes zero sense to me

What’s wrong with this?....you gotta weapon use it til he ready to play QB
Two quarterbacks"Gosh, I sure like him out there helping us," Harbaugh said of Jackson, via ESPN.com. "If you put two quarterbacks on the field at once, what options does it create for our offense? That's what we're trying to figure out."

The white quarter back being asked to do other things while the black qb throws the ball"Joe has to be able to do other things if [Jackson is] throwing the ball," Harbaugh said of the two-QB sets. "It gets the creative juices flowing for our offensive coaches, and they've worked hard on that."

game on. All reports out of Baltimore have been how much they love this kid. They don't want a guy who can help them right now sitting on the bench when he has skills most other QBs, black or white, don't that can be utilized day 1."I have a lot of fun seeing what they come up with and what they're going to come up with next," Jackson said. "We'll see where it goes. You have to use your good players."

Matt Jones and Julian Edelman changed positions. How many other white quarterbacks are working out at different positions? I have not see one story about josh allen or baker mayfield trying out different positions either to run or catch the ball. I see this as an excuse to not allow him to be a qb
Exactly. Being athletic doesn’t matter if he keeps getting rocked lined up as RB or WRI m just trying to understand why they would put their future QB in this type of position.

I like what the the Steelers did with Kordell until he was ready to be the qb full time. The Ravens didn’t draft him to stand on the sidelines and hold a clipboard. Everything can’t be some racist agenda. What’s wrong with this?....you gotta weapon use it til he ready to play QB
