Hopefully Lamar will make a full recovery. He may not have been a big deal anywhere else but he's a big deal with Lakers fans. And as a fan myself, I feel we he played a major role in securing the 2009 and 2010 championships.

Crack will bring you down at some point in your life.It will take each penny you have even the last. As a kid, I was able to see the impact it had on previous generations, therefore, I knew my boundaries.Granted, my experience with crack heads has been limited, nonetheless, we all know how crackheads fall off at some point.

My dad smoked "crack" or got high on occasion up until I was 16...I HAD NO IDEA.(there was the 70's of powder then freebasing in the late 70's..then crack
in the 80's)....all I seen him do was smoke weed and drink..and I hung in the streets with dudes who SOLD crack..to official crackheads..He had a job, was in a union, owned his house, 2 cars, had another property (sold it to his niece), retired early..still owns house.
I wont go into detail, but I asked pops..what made him stop..he said shyt was getting to powerful.
The drug is fukked up and designed to trap people, yet dont believe everybody who smokes crack is a straight up crackhead..

Breh, take it from someone whose been there: pahrump NV is no place to go out. One of the saddest, most random and desolate places in America.
