I grew up on lamb...only recently realized people don't fukk with it like that. Same with oxtail.

My folks are from the south, they eat a lot of shyt...but it's not traditionally southern cuisine. Not sure how it got incorporated into our food.

I always go with Lamb Curry at the Indian spots, it's more than chicken, but you only live once.
