Things I've noticed since the shootings - One week later:

1) This Elliot Rodger guy made it so much harder for socially awkward people and "wierdos" to get laid. Oh man. Dude literally changed the game.

2) If you're ANYTHING like Elliot in real life everything just got way worse for you. People are starting to feel justified in picking on incel/virginal types.

3) Girls are on the lookout for misogyny more than ever now. I've seen more women post catcalling stories than ever. Three just this morning alone. It's only 6:30AM.

4) This same scenario will go down sometime next month. All the chatter from bitter nerdlingers suggests that these guys are pretty much calling out a jihad against the sexually active and they feel completly justified in doing so. In fact, "Going Elliot" gives these guys exactly what they crave.

There was no way for him to come off phony. Everyone who know him who gave interviews says he barely even talked. In his head he thought he was nice. He looks like the type of rich douche who would be extremely outgoing but dude was pretty much a hermit and awkward.

I disagree, I think if he would have consistently gotten treatment and was medicated before he went completely off the deep end he would have turned out okay and would have adapted to society and this wouldn't have happened.

His parents are largely to blame. He went off at the dinner table when he was 16 saying he wanted to kill himself.. What happens? His dad and step mom (who he hated) talked with him.. THEN his dad kindly let's him know he's going to Morocco alone with her and has no choice. How sweet and negligent.. A trip to Morocco, not a psych hospital.

Dude went from saving his drowning brother to wanting to kill him 9 years later.

He turned into a sociopath, but he wasn't born one.
