Lot of misinformation in this thread. One common trait between sociopaths and narcissists is high level social skills allowing them to thrive or blend in to society. This guy is typical of social anxiety sufferers. Its a grossly under researched mental defficiency. There is no cure for social anxiety because nobody is doing any research on it. The common treatment is "man up and get social skills". This is just simply not an option. The only known cures are MDMA and Alcohol. Theres millions of Americans suffering with this disease in silence and will die virgins unfortunately. Its a vicious mental illness that is not being treat with the proper respect it deserves.

Hopefully this case brings some more light to this disease and the proper research can be done.
