It's because they tend to blend in to the narcissistic culture - especially in L.A. His parents could have just looked at it as him being extremely spoiled, which he was, and completely ignored the possibility of their son having a legitimate mental health problem. The thing with psychopaths is that they can be extremely deceptive and convincing when they're comfortable with people. He probably knew exactly which buttons to push with his parents since he was so used to being around them. And who could possibly know on the internet with all of the trolling? Anybody can seem unstable when they post - whether serious or not. I'm just saying, what if **** had done this? I mean, people would say they were surprised but would they really be shocked? You never know with people. At the end of the day, it's not about what you say as much as how and why you say it. Maybe psychiatric evaluations should become mandatory from kindergarten and up, idk.What surprises me that is no one caught this before. Not the parents, not the educators etc.
