If you look at the history of mass shooters in the US they were all on one of these horrible drugs. Im sure there are stats on the internet about many people have committed suicide on these drugs.

No they don't. And whether or not these people were on prescription drugs has never been confirmed. And there is a difference between committing suicide and gunning down several people and planning it out months in advance.
