This is play #14563 called twist and deflection. This play is called when you are overmatched and getting dominated and you can talk about the main point so what you do is you take a piece of what the person said or wrote and break it down and make an assumption on it.
In this case, he basically wanted to twist me exposing what happens in Black majority urban decay areas and how white supremacy effects it. So he calls me a bigot with no real reasoning behind it and then twist his ill-theory as deflection from my message.

These were stats addressing just that, the facts. This is a simple deflection note that is easy to catch as it is intellectually dishonest.
Note: When Whites tend to use stats, it's to make an assumption.
