What does "first rate" mean to you?
Dzūkija finishes last in the LKL or close to it every year. They have two Americans in the roster. One of them only played 9 NCAA games in his entire career (averaging 6ppg for Western Kentucky) and spent the rest of his time in JCs or the NAIA. The other one was a center for the Ducks for a couple years, averaging 1.8ppg on 41% shooting. Both of those guys are STARTERS for Dzūkija. The rest of the team is native Lithuanians, none of whom are taller than 6'9".
JBL guys are supposed to be the equivalent of top college prospects preparing for the NBA, and they're playing guys who couldn't even make it in the NCAA.
