The one difference between Rusev and Cesaro is Cesaro was terrible on the mic then. He’s better now but he still doesn’t really have a personality. Rusev has that shyt in spades. You could easily make him the Bulgarian version of the rock

yea Rusev is way better on the mic, Cesaro has improved a bit but when i hear him trying to pull off a promo speech it still sounds awkward.
