:patrice:Where's that outside shooter/perimeter threat to let Big Al work the low post and allow Kemba/Lance to penetrate and make plays?

It sure as hell won't be MKG :snoop:

Breh, you're basing this off potential not production

He had one good year and led the league in triple doubles. Cool.

Let's see him do it again before we say he's worthy of a near max or max level deal.

He's getting what he should get, a solid raise over his 2nd round rookie contract.

He left some cash on the table to leave the Pacers but they offered the same deal, just two years longer.

I'm basing this off of production & potential. I'm also basing this off the free agency market that just saw Gordon Hayward and Chandler Parsons get $16 mil a year. Lance Stephenson has the same value as Jodie Meeks or Jordan Hill? :what: He signed for only $2 mil more per year than Marvin Williams :mindblown:

Based off the market, his production & potential, he's underpaid.

We just need one or two shooters. Gary Neal can kick rocks. This team is going to be fun as hell to watch next year. Need one of them new teal jerseys :blessed: MJ finally came through with a squad :blessed:

He said it wasn't about the money when he turned Indiana down

"Lance is forever grateful for all the love he's received from Pacers fans," the statement reads. "He is especially grateful to his teammates, Frank Vogel, Herb Simon, the Pacers management and, most of all, Larry Bird." Bird is often credited with developing Stephenson into one of the most dynamic guards in the NBA. However, the two sides could not agree to terms on a contract. "While we tried our best to come to the best possible terms for both sides there was not sufficient flexibility in the terms of the contract, particularly the length of the contract." The Pacers wanted Lance on a 5-year contract, while Stephenson's camp wanted a short-term deal with the same annual pay. A compromise was never reached and Lance is now a Charlotte Hornet.
