That has to do with the recruiting area. Black QBs have historically passed on USC due to the style of offense we run/ran. Sark already has a black QB pegged as the future QB under his new scheme.

I honestly believe Lane is a brilliant football mind. Almost everyone that works with him feels this way.

His problem is that he thinks he's so superior that he starts doing wild shyt and loses perspective. His arogance rubs people the wrong way and people view him as an entitled a$$hole.

He and Old Al Davis were essentially the same person. Which is probably why he got the Job and then was promptly fired.
