Let me make sure I have this right: she used to enjoy the unnamed black gossip site? and she only started hating them when she read the comments of its readers -- not the site administration -- about her marriage? That doesn't make sense to me. Black people are black people, and if she had really followed that site enough to respect them before she became the target, then she should have already known what type of comments would have been headed her way. I guess it's all fun and games, until the fun and games turns on you.
Or maybe she's just attention whoring with her open letter. She calls people out for calling her insulting names, but then turns around calls those same people insulting names back. Someone who's really secure with their decision, and where they are in life, isn't going to go down that road.
What was needed here was outreach, not sticking her nose in the air.
Better yet -- since ONLY black sites are going to give her the time of day -- she should have had her man write that open letter instead. How would that be for reaching out, showing that he's the cool person she thinks he is, and that they're still willing to support those who had supported her before she got engaged?
Or could she not trust him with an open letter of that nature? Or does he just not give a fukk about that part of her, who she was, and who her fans were before they met?
Not every white man gets the 'aw fukk him, and fukk her for being with him' treatment. Let him prove that he's one of those men. Or can he?
