My opinion is very relevant. In the Navy if you can identify the weapon you qualify with it. I believe you don't even qualify with a weapon during basic training. Like I said. Please tell me your military knowledge? You read Art of War ...Unlike you I know the difference between extensive military training and a Seaman Reservist who can barely hit non-moving targets from 25 meters. . Have you ever fired a weapon? He literally has the bare minimum. Also getting police departments shook isn't hard to do, since you know, it's in their job descriptions to be on high alert. Lee Boyd Malvo evaded police for weeks over 4 different states(including the nation's capital).
