Breh, LA is about 50% Mexican and around 9% black. Their police force has to be over 30% Mexican by now. I think the racial attacks are swept under the rug by white and Latino cops. They go back and chalk it up as regular gang activity. In fact, you look at when the race issues started bubbling up, they were trying to deny it when everybody knew what was going on. The police chief would be like "We have no racial issues in LA" in press conferences

What's messed up is that the Rampart scandal involved a lot of Mexican cops. I'm sure that they are some that are connected to gangs and Cartels to move drugs and probably do dirty shyt for them such as hits on people. We have cops in Texas that have been arrested for drug trafficking and helping out Cartels.

I bet if you look at the amount of white cops v latino cops that went that should tell you something is very wrong. Apparantly, LAPD is pulling any fool off the street and giving them a badge? Including the subject of this thread?

A lot of cops are a$$holes by nature and want to be heroes, power trip and want to kill the "bad guys". Think about it, if you are a white boy from Orange County, working in South LA. What the hell do you know about the citizens and everyday people? In their eyes, even an innocent man being shot from there is good for society whether he is banging or not.
