Larenz Tate might be a better actor than Will Smith

Probably the most underrated black actor of the last 30 years

I love Will and his movies, and I love how well he did in PoH, but Larenz Tate switches it up better and makes every role believable.
Hell in Dead Presidents alone he played two different characters

for real though, will smith was never a great dramatic actor. He is good in light drama/actions and comedies. Larenz tate has more pure drama movies that you can credit him as being good in. He just isn't as popular.

Jeffrey Wright is a great actor.

As tongue-in-cheek as that Shaft movie was, Wright nailed that dominican drug dealer role.
But he was just as good (in a classical way) in The Ides of March and Syriana.
