native americans tell black people they aren't native as well, while actively kicking them out of their tribes.

i have no doubt that there were black americans here before whites, but i also believe the vast majority of blacks were transported here from africa. even the black natives migrated from africa at some point.
Theres definitely some truth to it. White folks trying to have us believe they were the first ones to come here on boats while those who were indigenous came across the Bering Strait. They even make references to how they tried to enslave the Natives here but they weren't equipped to handle it. You mean to tell me that people packed like sardines in ships traveling across the ocean for months were more equipped to work this land than the people who already inhabited it?

Yes, that is what whites do. They go from place to place mixing themselves in and then claiming to be natives. Those fake white tribes are not indigenous, they copied the indigenous tribes and didn't even copy the names correctly because they can't pronounce things the way we can. Which by the way is interesting because they turn that around on you and say "black people can't speak English" as if the differences in speech are due to some sort of deficiency on our end.

But the black tribes who are still here and know our history try to tell you and you don't believe it because white people told you that you came here on a ship.

This is not a Native American.

If you are actually "African American" then be that. But most people claiming that have no idea that their heritage has been redefined.

For the people with short attention spans.....

South African Chief Says Beyoncé Is ‘Not Worthy’ to Write or Act in a Movie About Saartjie Baartman

Rumors have circulated that Beyoncé is penning a script and plans to star in a movie about Baartman, a South African woman who was put on display during the 19th century because of her large butt.

Beyoncé is determined to make herself a better actress, and her most recent project rumor has some people up in arms. It’s been widely reported that Beyoncé has set her eye on writing and starring in a movie about Saartjie “Sarah” Baartman, the South African woman who, because of her large butt, was taken from South Africa during the 19th centtury and put on display in Europe. Baartman came to be known as the Hottentot Venus while working the European freak shows.

During her time in Europe, Baartman was forced to perform “native” dances while playing African instruments and wearing a flesh-colored suit. Author Rachel Holmes attempted to shed light on Baartman’s life in African Queen: the Real Life of the Hottentot Venus, but telling a story about a woman who was literally enslaved was definitely riddled with assumptions

South African Chief Jean Burgess of the Ghonaqua First Peoples is appalled by the idea of Beyoncé working on a Baartman project.

“She lacks the basic human dignity to be worthy of writing Sarah’s story, let alone playing the part,” Burgess told News24. Why Sarah Baartman? Why not a story about an indigenous American woman? I can only see arrogance in her attempt to tell a story that is not hers to tell.”

The Sun reported that the film will follow Baartman’s enslavement and her subsequent court case about performing against her will. Although she did not win her case, she did eventually escape, but according to Holmes’ book, Baartman eventually ended up a prostitute and died destitute, only for her remains to be put on display at the Museum of Natural History.

One has to wonder if Beyoncé is actually planning to make the movie, or if it’s just as the Sun reporting a rumor? If there is a movie being planned, it could probably be handled better by someone more well versed in filmmaking and acting.

she has an mental illness...i think her mother said
Yep, she's legitimately not all there. When shes off her meds.... It's been a long struggle for her, she still has a ways to go.

She's still a black queen, no matter how damaged. Only thing the rest of us can do is pray for her.

Right, and I don't think a lot of Africans consider themselves black, they refer to themselves by tribe....So lets break this down,Africans don't want us or consider us Africans:jbhmm:,We were taken into slavery and called negroes which turned into us being black:jbhmm:....yet folks think both of these are so much better than "nikka":jbhmm:?

Africa is a big place and I'm sure that is true in some parts but I just came back from 2 weeks over there in Southern Africa and everybody I met and spoke to considered themselves black. People considered themselves part of a tribe too but that doesn't mean they didn't know they were black.

Well no wonder why they classify themselves as color because you know who made themselves known and troublesome over there.,
