Yeah... this is definitely a result of plastic surgery gone awry. And she used the "illness" card to cover it up. If you want confirmation, look at KIM. She looks equally unrecognizable and deformed after fukking her face up with that shyt. And i'm sure she does have mental issues after spending thousands of dollars to mangle up her face and put the final nail in the coffin of her career... who wouldn't.
