maybe Kon and Flagg in the future (both Americans)
In the 2010s: Andrea bargnani( Italy), Ricky rubio( Spain) Gordon Heyward/Kevin love ( both Americans) , and Dirk nowitzki (German), Matthew Dellavedova ( australia)
In the 2000s: manu ginobili ( Argentina) Steve Nash (Canadian), Jason white chocolate Williams( USA), Jose calderon( Spain), hedo turkoglu( turkey)
In the 1990s : Greg ostertag, Dan majerle, John Stockton, mark price( all of them Americans)
Arveydas Sabonis( Lithuania) Vlade Divac( Serbia) Detlef schrempf(Germany), and Rik smits(Netherlands)
In the 1980s, Tom chambers, bill laimbeer, Danny ainge, Kevin mchale.
In the 1970s, bill Walton, Dave cowens, John Havlicek.
In the 1960s, Bob Cousy, Jerry west, Jerry Lucas and Bob Pettit.

Yeah not many white men who were true franchise players/faces of the league since Larry bird. But there were some decent starting players since Bird. And most of them came from foreign countries , so there were not many good white American players in the league
