Yeah, they were off with the dates or his age. I mean Byron Scott was from Inglewood so he could’ve been there when he was in high school :manny:
If that was the case, then this game wasn't stacked.

The only period Larry Brown could have been there to watch it was from 79-81. This game did not happen with Larry Brown there.

I would not be surprised at the events happening, but Larry Brown was not there to see it. Either that or the players involved were completely wrong.

This sounds like absolute cap. None of the dates match up. :russ:

Wilt was 43 in 1979.

AC Green was in high school. James Worthy was a freshman at UNC. I think Byron Scott was also in high school.

It could have been 1986 or 1987 when Wilt was 50, but Larry Brown was at Kansas that year.
I was :mjlit: last night but still went :jbhmm: when he mentioned worthy and green. To me wilt most impressive story/feat was him outbenching arnold during the conan 2 shoot. Just an incredible athlete.

Also that Kareem story about him spitting down at a short guy that asked him how was the weather up there :dead:

Me (going from short gang to tall gang in a matter of 2 months at 15) used to get flustered at first when people used to ask me that question 75 times a day and i always came up with different creative ways to shut that joke down. But that one was just :russ:

If it was in the summer maybe. Brown could’ve been there recruiting someone. It all depends :manny:

But I take it with a grain of salt.

Heard Lorenzo Romar tell this story on the radio a few years back and he was there.
