You're not suppose to announce something like that. You're suppose to just start a league where all the owners just happen to be black. It's suppose to look and manifest as coincidental, while obviously blatant.

But the big problem is that the whites/Jews will give you hell for any TV time, and your advertisers would probably suck. See, it's a whole big business network that these Jews have.
