June literally still says the same sh*t, the exact same way, every track though, lol. And he's getting outrapped by every feature, so this is really a testament to Alchemist's greatness. I don’t care which MC you name, if you throw them in the studio with ALC for a whole album, they're gonna leave with some dope sh*t.
Dude's been top tier since the late 90's. Not sure any other producer has had that kind of run. Very few exceptions.

Hit a roadblock w Ocean Sounds on repeat
Overall, much better and smoother than his last album. Have to give it a couple of more spins before I give it my overall review.

I think this is a fair take.
I fukk with June a lot and I think he makes dope music, and I care about overall music more than doper rapping...but that being said, yeah I agree that he did pretty much get out-rapped by every feature here. I really liked his flow on Turkish Cotton. That was different than a lot of his flows I've heard.
Really enjoyed the album on one listen.
Favorite half dozen joints on 1st listen are probably Margie's Candy House, Art Talk, Left No Evidence, Orange Village, 89 Earthquake, and Ocean Sounds.
