You're projecting your emotions onto other people. You cannot speak for Obama or the majority of black people who are more or less ambivalent about what just happened. It's no different than when I go into a restuarant and get addressed by "what up", "okay chief", etc etc. Then the same people go over to the white guy "Hello Sir, what can I do for you" "okay sir" etc etc.
that disparity is being perpetuated at the highest level, it's " you can talk to a black guy any ole kind of way" but when you address a white guy you have to be on your best behavior.
It's okay when someone initiates it, but Obama didn't initiate that kind of loose candor - he probably gave him a cool handshake but now Larry took it way too far.
