Larsa probably really loved Scottie early on but then saw how that NBA life is. She cried, complained and begged but then got over being mad at some point.

Probably talked with some NBA heauxs and lawyers and they told her to hire a PI/detective to get receipts.

Larsa probably has gigabytes and terabytes worth of pics, vids, audio etc., of Scottie fukking around from wayyy back.

He had terrible contracts anyway and likely didn't have her sign a prenup. He can't afford a divorce and she's willing to stay as long as he let's her fukk around.

She's old so she knows there's no way to get a "better" man beyond random fukking around like she's doing now. Them young boys just want some older puzzy...no worries about her getting preggo and she can probably suck the chrome off a tailpipe.
