Ultimately with a healthy Kyrie and Love I'd take the Cavs in 7 because I dont trust in Klay yet
He's yet to show me consistency in big games on the offensive end.

Who can kyrie guard tho? Dude is butter on the defense...

I find its a real Match up issue with klay...

6'7 SG..

U put shump on curry but klay about to hit MVP numbers without good coverage

That's the thing Klay gotta show me more than he has so far. I know the Grizz are tough and he's beem guarding Harden in this series so he doesn't have the energy on offense but he's gotta find ways to contribute more

:leon: I could see that

But GSW is a deeper team and they are more healthy. They also move the ball better than those OKC teams.
True a lot of what they do is based off ball movement they play that Spurs style kinda just like atl does. Once thos passing lanes stop being there and there shooting "forced" jumpers as oppose to open jumpers it comes down to who can control the boards and the cavs have a advantage there. I just don't think the cavs a good match up for the dubs. The dubs are use to being able to out pace a team they won't have that advantage here cause the cavs are strong in any tempo and the cavs strength defensively is what golden state like offensively
Thing is crashing the boards like the Cavs do can really hurt you against the Warriors. Overall, it is a good thing but the Warriors are just way too deadly on the fast break, so much so that even if you get some extra chances, they'll still kill you.
It's a big reason why the Rockets are getting killed. It's how the Warriors made that little run in the 2nd quarter when Curry came out
thats true but when you have a one man wrecking crew on the boards ala TT that allows the rest of the defense to play honest and not allow those fastbreak points same reason why atl struggling in that area and it was suppose to be a strength of there's.

People talked about pace in the Warriors/Grizz series. I think it will be much more important in this one. However, the Warriors CAN play slow and the Cavs CAN play fast.

Will be interesting if they play
Mozgov
Bron
Jr
Shump
Kyrie

I have a feeling Draymond will find a way to neutralize Thompson. Boxing him out and getting outlets for open 3s, lay ups, dunks

The Cavs will wanna play Mozgov, make it a half court game and try their best to swarm the splash bros and force them out as far as possible, like the Grizz did. Than hopefully on the other end Lebron finds ways to pick apart their D. It'll be tough but I can't wait.
I hope the Hawks and Rockets win a couple more games but I want the Cavs-Warriors finals really bad

That line up.. Could do damage.. Stretch and good defense...

But kyrie can't defend..

Barnes will put him in the deep post and if center helps he will pass to curry or klay..

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Kyrie is gonna have to ball out for the Cavs to have any hope. Else they'll have no chance if they're dependent on Bron soaking up all the possessions with his scoring efficiency at an all-time low.

Yeah, Kyrie needs to be close to 100%, very least is 80% because at least that means Curry actually has to guard someone.

Iso Bron is back in the building right now, and he forgot his jumpshot.

I don't know. I think you are underestimating the Warriors.
Neither team (outside of Bron) has experience this deep in the playoffs..
Did you know that Cavs line up of Mozgov, Love, Bron, Smith and Kyrie has outscored opponents by 20.5 points per 100 possessions.
That's the 2nd best in the last 15 seasons (since the stat has been tracked, for a line up with at least 500 min. That Cavs line up has 528 min)
The spurs '05 line up of Rasho, Duncan, Bowen, Manu and Parker is the best at +21.6 pp100p.
They played 588 minutes together

BUT for 5 man units with at least 1000 minutes ever (better sample size)
This year's warriors starting line up is the best EVER (well last 15 years but u get it)
They outscore opponents by 18.4 points per 100.
Played 1006 minutes, and that includes the grizzlies and Rockets series. So id say that 18.4 is just as impressive if not more so than the Cavs.
I bring this up because in a highly contested series like this, all that matter is how good your best 5 guys are when they are on the floor together.

Also the warriors can throw a bunch of diff defenders at Bron, they not gonna needlessly double or give up open 3s like the Hawks.
Just overall the Warriors match up well to the Cavs.
So it'd be a great series.

I'm not underestimating them, the Cavs were slaughtering teams when Love was healthy, because it gives LeBron 3 shooters on the floor with him at all times. The spacing was there without giving up rebounding, their offense is sputtering right now and the reasons they're winning games is dominant rebounding and defense, they could still have both of those things with Love.

With driving lanes, defense and dominant rebounding the Cavs team with Love post trade was just :whoa:
