I know Harden stunk in the finals but the fact he could create off the dribble was a huge bonus for the Thunder, Martin just stands around and waits for others and that just will not hurt the Heat in a series.

Harden is just a peg above Martin.

Harden isn't what they're missing, he just covered up a flaw in their system (the lack of ball movement). It's been slightly better this season, but instances like this game show why Brooks is an incompetent coach. Stupid rotations and not keeping Westbrook on a tighter rein. There's possession after possession after possession where Martin doesn't touch the ball and when he does finally get it he usually forces up his shot.

A scorer that can put on 30 on any given day shouldn't be phased out of an offense like that.

No the problem is they only have two guys who can score create their own shot now that Hardens gone a great defensive team like the Heat will do enough to not let Durant and Wesbtrook both kill them while shutting down their role players
