Didn't somebody complain in the RAW thread during the Big Show/Sandow segment and was like "Who wrote this, Arn Anderson?". checked the script and Arn Anderson was in charge of the segment

Edit: at those attendance numbers, 86% with comps and last year, 43% with comps for SD and 55% with comps for RAW. Why the fukk do they tape TV in Birmingham?

Summer Rae and the Miz are shooting the Marine 4. The Great Khali is on vacation. Mysterio and Christian are injured (knee, concussion). Del Rio is probably working hurt. AJ asked for time off.

Every TV show and movie has a script, they all read and sound robotic. It's the actors job (or in this case the wrestlers) to make them "feel real". You understand the purpose of a script right? Exactly how "real" can you make words sound on paper?

So you saying they should just let promos run wild and not proofread or double check for non-sense or relevancy? Act like you know more than professional TV writers and producers brehs

You do know that's how fukking Pro Wrestling dialogue is supposed to work right? It's BETTER OFF without a script.[DOUBLEPOST=1397672435][/DOUBLEPOST]To be clear, you can have an overall script for the way the show's supposed to go down but not word for word what the guys are supposed to say.

Nah breh, definitely shouldn't be but I do think they should transition back to the old way of just telling the wrestler what point he's trying to make and just let them say it in their own words.

on one end i agree with you...it limits certain guys who have more character than they are allowed to let out

but at the same time thats where you get guys going into business for themselves and burying people when they shouldnt, or saying some wild shyt on the air.

I can see where the last part of what you said is bad

But it's also good TV

Nah but seriously tho, guys going into business for themselves would get in trouble and guys that don't have what it takes on the mic and can't deliver in the ring would naturally fall off sooner. So it has its cons and pros.
